Cancellation Policy

Cancelling a Ceremony at Wigan Hall

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your wedding ceremony, our cancellation policy will determine whether you’re entitled to a refund. Refunds depend on the payments made and the amount of notice given:

• Three Months or More Before the Ceremony: 80% refund.

• Two to Three Months Before the Ceremony: 50% refund.

• Less Than Two Months Before the Ceremony: No refund.

If you wish to cancel, email contact@wiganhall.co.uk use the same email address you provided when making your original booking.

Wigan Hall reserves the right to review and amend these terms and conditions at any time.
